隱私權政策

1. 這份政策涵蓋的範圍

這份政策說明 LunaTDM（以下稱「我們」）在官網 tdm.lunacinema.xyz、LunaTDM 桌面 App 與瀏覽器擴充功能中，會處理哪些資料、為什麼處理、交給誰，以及你可以怎麼做。

2. 我們不做的事

• 不放廣告，網站和 App 都沒有分析或追蹤工具。
• 不收集你下載的網址、檔名或檔案內容。
• 不販售、出租或交換你的資料。

3. 我們處理哪些資料

免費試用

第一次開啟 App 時，App 會送出雜湊過的裝置 ID 和 App 版本，伺服器據此記錄這台電腦的試用開始與結束時間。裝置 ID 是把 Windows 的電腦識別碼（MachineGuid）經 SHA-256 雜湊後得到的；我們只看得到雜湊值，看不到原本的識別碼。

授權

啟用授權碼以及之後定期更新授權時，App 會送出授權碼、雜湊過的裝置 ID 和 App 版本；啟用時另外會送出電腦名稱，方便辨認是哪一台電腦。我們用這些資料確認授權是否在有效期限內，並把一組授權碼限制在 3 台電腦。伺服器也會記下每台電腦的啟用時間與最近一次連線的時間，讓你在管理訂閱頁面辨認、移除電腦。

付款

LunaTDM 由 Lemon Squeezy, LLC（以下稱 Lemon Squeezy）以經銷商（Merchant of Record）身分銷售：訂單、收款、收據、稅金與退款都由 Lemon Squeezy 處理，並適用它的條款與隱私權政策。你的信用卡或 PayPal 資料只在 Lemon Squeezy 的頁面輸入，不會傳到我們這裡；Lemon Squeezy 為了收款與計算稅金收集的資料（例如帳單地址），由它依自己的隱私權政策處理。付款完成後，Lemon Squeezy 會通知我們，我們只保存其中的：Email、購買的方案、金額與日期（付款日、下次扣款日、自動續訂的結束日）、自動續訂的狀態，以及信用卡的發卡組織與末四碼（例如 Visa 末四碼 4242）。我們用這些資料產生與寄送授權碼、延長到期日、顯示付款紀錄與管理自動續訂。收據，以及續訂和扣款失敗的通知，由 Lemon Squeezy 直接寄給你，可能是英文。

Email

我們只用你的 Email 寄送和購買有關的訊息：授權碼、沒有自動續訂時的到期提醒，以及你透過「找回授權碼」提出的請求。收據、續訂與扣款失敗的通知由 Lemon Squeezy 寄出。

更新檢查

App 會向 tdm.lunacinema.xyz 查詢有沒有新版本，並從那裡下載更新。

伺服器紀錄

和所有網站一樣，伺服器處理請求時會看到你的 IP 位址。我們用它來限制請求頻率、防止濫用；主機服務商也可能保留一般的連線紀錄。

官網

官網不使用追蹤用的 Cookie，也沒有分析工具。網站只會在你的瀏覽器裡（localStorage）記住你選擇的語言，這個設定不會傳給我們。結帳頁面與客戶頁面由 Lemon Squeezy 提供，適用 Lemon Squeezy 的隱私權政策與 Cookie 規定。

4. App 與擴充功能會連到哪裡

• tdm.lunacinema.xyz：試用與授權確認，以及檢查和下載更新。
• 你要下載的網站：App 直接連到這些網站下載；對方會看到你的 IP 位址等一般連線資訊，並適用對方自己的政策。
• Hugging Face（或你設定的鏡像站）：使用大模型下載功能時。
• GitHub：更新內建的 yt-dlp 時。

瀏覽器擴充功能只與你電腦上的 LunaTDM（127.0.0.1）通訊，不會連到其他伺服器；它會讀取與傳遞哪些資料（包括 Cookie），請看下一節。App 在電腦上保存的 Hugging Face 權杖與下載用的 Cookie，會以 Windows 的資料保護機制（DPAPI）加密。

5. 瀏覽器擴充功能

Chrome／Edge 擴充功能負責把瀏覽器裡的下載交給你電腦上的 LunaTDM。

它會讀取的資料

• 瀏覽器下載的網址、檔名、大小、類型與來源網頁（referrer），用來判斷要不要交給 LunaTDM。
• 你在某個分頁使用擴充功能時，該分頁的網址與標題。
• 網頁載入的媒體網址（HLS、DASH、音訊與影片），只保存在你的瀏覽器裡，用來列出可以下載的影片。
• 你選取範圍內的連結（下載選取範圍內的所有連結時）。
• 要交給 LunaTDM 的網址所對應的 Cookie（可以關閉，見下方）。

資料送到哪裡

以上資料只會送到同一台電腦上的 LunaTDM 桌面 App（http://127.0.0.1），不會送給我們或任何第三方。擴充功能不販售資料、沒有廣告、沒有分析工具，也不會載入遠端程式碼。

Cookie

每一個交給 LunaTDM 的下載，都會附上該網址的 Cookie，讓需要登入的下載也能完成。這些 Cookie 只會送到你電腦上的 LunaTDM，不會送給我們。這個選項預設開啟，可以在擴充功能的選項中關閉。

儲存在哪裡

• 設定：瀏覽器的同步儲存空間（登入瀏覽器帳號時，會隨帳號同步）。
• 偵測到的媒體清單：工作階段儲存空間，關閉瀏覽器時清除。
• 找到的 App 連接埠：瀏覽器的本機儲存空間。

移除擴充功能時，這些資料會一併刪除。

無痕視窗

擴充功能不會接手無痕視窗裡的下載，也不會讀取無痕視窗的 Cookie。

你可以關閉的功能

Cookie 傳遞、接手瀏覽器下載，以及影片上的下載按鈕，都可以在擴充功能的選項中分別關閉。

6. 我們和誰分享資料

只有在提供服務必要時，才會交給以下服務商處理：

• Lemon Squeezy, LLC：以經銷商（Merchant of Record）身分處理訂單、付款、自動續訂扣款、收據、稅金與退款。我們交給它的只有建立結帳所需的資料：方案、訂單編號，以及續訂時這組授權碼登記的 Email（預先填入結帳頁面）。
• 主機服務商：執行官網與授權伺服器。
• 寄信服務商：寄送授權碼 Email。

除非法律要求，我們不會把你的資料提供給其他人。

7. 保存多久

• 授權與付款資料（Email、授權碼、到期日、付款紀錄、已啟用的裝置）：保存到授權結束後、處理帳務與爭議所需的期間為止；法律要求保存的帳務紀錄，依法保存。
• 試用紀錄（雜湊過的裝置 ID 與試用期間）：會持續保存，以免同一台電腦重複試用。
• 伺服器紀錄：只保存維運與防止濫用所需的時間。

8. 你的權利

你可以寫信要求查詢、更正或刪除你的資料。刪除後，授權碼將無法再使用；依法必須保存的帳務紀錄除外。Lemon Squeezy 以自己的名義保存的付款資料，請依它的隱私權政策向它提出。取消自動續訂不必寫信，直接到管理訂閱頁面即可。

9. 安全

App 與我們伺服器之間的連線使用 HTTPS，伺服器只保存裝置 ID 的雜湊值。沒有任何系統能保證絕對安全，但我們會持續採取合理的保護措施。

更新检查

服务器日志

5. 浏览器扩展

Chrome／Edge 扩展负责把浏览器里的下载交给你电脑上的 LunaTDM。

它会读取的数据

• 浏览器下载的网址、文件名、大小、类型和来源页面（referrer），用于判断是否交给 LunaTDM。
• 你在某个标签页使用扩展功能时，该标签页的网址和标题。
• 网页加载的媒体网址（HLS、DASH、音频和视频），只保存在你的浏览器中，用于列出可以下载的视频。
• 你选中范围内的链接（下载选中范围内的所有链接时）。
• 要交给 LunaTDM 的网址对应的 Cookie（可以关闭，见下文）。

数据发送到哪里

以上数据只会发送到同一台电脑上的 LunaTDM 桌面应用（http://127.0.0.1），不会发送给我们或任何第三方。扩展不出售数据、没有广告、没有统计分析工具，也不会加载远程代码。

Cookie

交给 LunaTDM 的每一个下载，都会附带该网址的 Cookie，让需要登录的下载也能完成。这些 Cookie 只会发送到你电脑上的 LunaTDM，不会发送给我们。此选项默认开启，可以在扩展的选项中关闭。

存储在哪里

• 设置：浏览器的同步存储（登录浏览器账号时，会随账号同步）。
• 检测到的媒体列表：会话存储，关闭浏览器时清除。
• 找到的应用端口：浏览器的本地存储。

卸载扩展时，这些数据会一并删除。

无痕窗口

扩展不会接管无痕窗口中的下载，也不会读取无痕窗口的 Cookie。

你可以关闭的功能

Cookie 传递、接管浏览器下载，以及视频上的下载按钮，都可以在扩展的选项中分别关闭。

6. 我们与谁共享数据

只有在提供服务所必需时，才会交给以下服务商处理：

• Lemon Squeezy, LLC：以经销商（Merchant of Record）身份处理订单、付款、自动续订扣款、收据、税费和退款。我们交给它的只有创建结账所需的数据：方案、订单编号，以及续订时这个授权码登记的邮箱（预先填入结账页面）。

• 服务器日志：只保存运维和防止滥用所需的时间。

8. 你的权利

你可以写信要求查询、更正或删除你的数据。删除后，授权码将无法继续使用；依法必须保存的账务记录除外。Lemon Squeezy 以自己的名义保存的付款数据，请按它的隐私政策向它提出。取消自动续订无需写信，直接前往管理订阅页面即可。

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what LunaTDM (“we”, “us”) processes on the website tdm.lunacinema.xyz, in the LunaTDM desktop app and in the browser extension: what, why, who it’s shared with, and the choices you have.

2. What we don’t do

• No ads, and no analytics or tracking tools on the website or in the app.
• We don’t collect the addresses, names or contents of the files you download.
• We don’t sell, rent or trade your data.

3. What we process

Free trial

The first time you open the app, it sends a hashed device ID and the app version, and the server records when this computer’s trial started and when it ends. The device ID is a SHA-256 hash of the Windows machine identifier (MachineGuid); we only ever see the hash, never the identifier itself.

License

When you activate a license key, and each time the app refreshes it afterwards, the app sends the license key, the hashed device ID and the app version. On activation it also sends the computer’s name, so you can tell your PCs apart. We use this to check that your license is paid up and to limit each key to 3 PCs. The server also records when each PC was activated and when it last checked in, so you can recognize and remove PCs on the Manage subscription page.

Payments

LunaTDM is sold through Lemon Squeezy, LLC (“Lemon Squeezy”), our merchant of record: orders, payment, receipts, tax and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own terms and privacy policy. You enter your card or PayPal details only on Lemon Squeezy’s pages, so they never reach us; what Lemon Squeezy collects to take payment and work out tax (such as your billing address) is covered by its own privacy policy. After a payment, Lemon Squeezy notifies us, and we keep only: your email address, the plan, amounts and dates (payment date, next charge date, the date an auto-renew ends), the auto-renew status, and your card’s brand and last four digits (for example, Visa ending in 4242). We use these to create and send your license key, extend your expiry date, show your payment history and manage auto-renew. Lemon Squeezy emails you receipts, renewal notices and failed-payment notices directly.

Email

We use your email address only for messages about your purchase: your license key, reminders before a license without auto-renew runs out, and requests you make through “Find your license key”. Receipts, renewal notices and failed-payment notices come from Lemon Squeezy.

Update checks

The app asks tdm.lunacinema.xyz whether a new version is available, and downloads updates from there.

Server logs

Like any website, our server sees your IP address when it handles a request. We use it to limit request rates and prevent abuse, and our hosting provider may keep ordinary access logs.

The website

The website doesn’t use tracking cookies or analytics. It only remembers your language choice in your browser (localStorage), and that setting is never sent to us. The checkout and customer portal pages are provided by Lemon Squeezy and covered by Lemon Squeezy’s privacy and cookie policies.

4. Where the app and extension connect

• tdm.lunacinema.xyz: trial and license checks, and checking for and downloading updates.
• The sites you download from: the app connects to them directly. They see your IP address and other ordinary connection details, under their own policies.
• Hugging Face (or the mirror you set): when you use model downloads.
• GitHub: when the built-in yt-dlp is updated.

The browser extension talks only to LunaTDM on your own computer (127.0.0.1) and doesn’t connect to any other server; the next section explains what it reads and passes on, including cookies. Hugging Face tokens and download cookies that the app keeps on your computer are encrypted with Windows data protection (DPAPI).

5. The browser extension

The Chrome/Edge extension hands downloads from your browser to LunaTDM on your computer.

What it reads

• The URL, file name, size, type and referrer of downloads in your browser, to decide whether to hand them to LunaTDM.
• The URL and title of the tab where you use one of its features.
• Media URLs loaded by pages (HLS, DASH, audio and video), kept only in your browser, to list the videos you can download.
• The links inside your selection, when you download all links in a selection.
• The cookies for the URL being handed to LunaTDM (you can turn this off; see below).

Where it goes

All of this goes only to the LunaTDM desktop app on the same computer (http://127.0.0.1). Nothing is sent to us or to any third party. The extension doesn’t sell data, show ads, use analytics or load remote code.

Cookies

Every download handed to LunaTDM carries the cookies for its URL, so downloads that need you to be signed in still work. The cookies go only to LunaTDM on your computer, never to us. This is on by default and can be turned off in the extension’s options.

What it stores

• Settings: in the browser’s sync storage (synced with your browser account if you’re signed in).
• Lists of detected media: in session storage, cleared when the browser closes.
• The port where it found the app: in the browser’s local storage.

Uninstalling the extension removes all of it.

Incognito windows

The extension doesn’t take over downloads in incognito windows and never reads incognito cookies.

What you can turn off

Passing cookies, taking over browser downloads and the download button on videos can each be turned off in the extension’s options.

6. Who we share data with

Only where it’s needed to provide the service, with these providers:

• Lemon Squeezy, LLC: as our merchant of record, handles orders, payments, auto-renew charges, receipts, tax and refunds. We only give it what’s needed to start a checkout: the plan, an order reference and, when you renew, the email address registered to your license key (pre-filled on the checkout page).
• Our hosting provider: runs the website and the license server.
• Our email delivery provider: sends license key emails.

We don’t give your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

• License and payment data (email, license key, expiry date, payment records, activated devices): until your license ends, plus as long as needed to handle billing and disputes. Billing records the law requires us to keep are kept for as long as required.
• Trial records (hashed device ID and trial dates): kept, so the same computer can’t restart its trial.
• Server logs: only as long as needed to run the service and prevent abuse.

8. Your rights

You can email us to access, correct or delete your data. Once it’s deleted, your license key stops working; billing records we’re legally required to keep are the exception. For payment data that Lemon Squeezy holds in its own right, contact Lemon Squeezy under its privacy policy. You don’t need to write to cancel auto-renew — just use the Manage subscription page.

9. Security

The app talks to our server over HTTPS, and the server stores only a hash of your device ID. No system can promise perfect security, but we keep taking reasonable steps to protect your data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We’ll post significant changes on this page before they take effect and update the effective date above.
